Tania preserved lemons are whole lemons preserved in salt and their own juice, a classic of Moroccan cooking. The peel becomes soft and mellow, with a salty, lemony taste. Rinse, chop the peel and add it to tagines, couscous, chicken, fish, salads and dressings. Comes in a 340g jar.
