We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged.
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

-We offer refunds for items that are damaged, faulty or not fit for their intended purpose.

-Refunds will only be made for the cost of the item and not for any delivery or other associated costs.

-To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

-Sale items (‘specials’) cannot be refunded.

-We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe that the item has been used, damaged, or tampered with.

-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied against your account.

Shipping returns

To return your product, it can be mailed to our Melbourne Warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund with transport arranged by our office, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
