Billington’s Molasses – 500g

Billington’s molasses is a thick, dark syrup with a strong, bittersweet taste. It is used in gingerbread, dark fruit cakes, rye breads and baked beans, as well as in barbecue sauces and marinades. Only a small amount is needed to give colour and depth. The 500g jar is a good size for home bakers.
