Description
Regia medium couscous is made from durum wheat and cooks in about five minutes with boiling water or stock. It is fluffy and light, and it takes on the flavour of whatever it is served with. Use it with tagines and stews, or in salads with vegetables, herbs and lemon. Comes in a 500g pack.
