Mrs Darlington’s Bramley apple sauce is made with 65% Bramley apples from Kent.  Bramleys cook down to a soft, tart sauce, and this one is only lightly sweetened, so it keeps a fresh apple taste. It is the traditional sauce for roast meats and it also goes with sausages and chops.
