Port wine jelly from Mrs Bridges is a smooth, dark red jelly made with port. It is traditionally served with roast lamb, venison, turkey and game, and it is also very good with cheese and pate. A spoonful can be stirred into gravy too. The 250g jar is a Christmas favourite.
