Wine sauerkraut from Leuchtenberg is made with a little white wine, which makes it milder and softer than regular sauerkraut. It goes well with pastrami, sausages, smoked meats and potatoes. Heat it gently in its own juice, or add some onion for extra flavour. Comes in a 520g pack.
