Hainich Sauerkraut – 680g

Hainich sauerkraut is a traditional German fermented cabbage, sour and tangy with a mild crunch. Heat it and serve it with sausages, pork, smoked meats and mashed potato. It can also be eaten cold in salads or sandwiches, such as a Reuben. The 680g jar is a good size for a family meal.
