Grocholl Grated Potato Roesti – 400g

Grocholl rosti is made from grated potatoes and is ready to cook. Fry it in a pan with a little oil or butter until crisp and golden on both sides. Serve it for breakfast with eggs and bacon, or as a side dish with meat, fish or smoked salmon. The 400g pack is a quick alternative to grating potatoes by hand.
