G.I.A anchovy paste comes in a 60g tube, so it is easy to use a little at a time and keep the rest in the fridge. It melts into sauces and gives them a deep, savoury taste without a strong fishy flavour. Use it in Caesar dressing, pasta sauces, stews, lamb marinades or on buttered toast.
