Abel Avocado Oil – 250ml

Avocado oil has a high smoke point, so this French oil from Abel can be used for frying, roasting and barbecuing as well as in cold dishes. The taste is mild and a little buttery, and it does not cover up the flavour of the food. It contains mostly monounsaturated fats and some vitamin E. Try it in a salad dressing, brushed on grilled vegetables or for searing fish.
