Figaro Capers – Fine Medium – 935g

Fine medium capers from Figaro, in a 935g jar. They are a little larger than non-pareille capers, with a strong tangy and salty taste. They are used in tartare sauce, puttanesca, chicken piccata and with smoked salmon. The bigger jar is sized for restaurants and cafes.
