The large 1-litre bottle of Casa Rinaldi truffle-flavoured olive oil, sized for restaurants and cafes. It gives dishes a rich, earthy truffle aroma at a much lower cost than fresh truffles. Add it at the end of cooking to pasta, risotto, pizza, fries and grilled meat. It is not meant for frying, as heat weakens the aroma.
