Piquillo peppers are small red peppers from northern Spain, and these Tania ones are grilled and peeled. They are sweet, soft and slightly smoky. In Spain they are often stuffed with tuna, cheese or cod, and served as tapas. They also work in salads, sandwiches and on pizza.
