Castle Blackbean Sauce – 375g

Castle black bean sauce is made from fermented black soybeans with garlic and spices. It has a deep, salty and savoury taste that is typical of Cantonese cooking. Use it for black bean beef or chicken, in stir-fried vegetables or to season steamed fish and tofu. The 375g jar goes a long way, since a spoonful or two is enough for a meal.
