Spanish Saffron Strands – *NOTE 10g

A 10g pack of Spanish saffron threads for restaurants and caterers. Saffron gives a golden colour and a warm, honey-like taste to paella, risotto, bouillabaisse and biryani. Soak a few threads in warm water or stock before adding them to the dish. A little goes a long way, so 10g lasts a long time.
