Werners Potato Pancake Mix – 120g

Werner’s is a potato specialist from Saxony in Germany, and this mix makes classic German potato pancakes, called Kartoffelpuffer. The ingredients are simple: potatoes, potato starch and salt, and the mix is gluten-free and lactose-free. Just add water, leave it to stand, then fry spoonfuls in hot oil until golden and crisp. One bag makes about 12 pancakes, which are traditionally served with apple sauce or sour cream.
