Powidla is a traditional Polish plum butter, made by cooking plums slowly for a long time until thick and dark. Tania’s version has a deep, rich plum taste and is usually less sweet than jam. It is used in doughnuts, pierogi, pastries and cakes, and it is also good on bread. Comes in a 350g jar.
