Steirergold pumpkin seed oil comes from Styria in Austria, where it is a regional speciality. It is dark green, thick and has a deep, roasted nutty taste. In Austria it is poured over green salads, potato salad, soups and even vanilla ice cream. It should not be heated, so it is best used cold.
