Furniss Cornish Gingerbread with Dark Choc Pieces – 200g

Furniss has been baking gingerbread in Cornwall since 1886. This version adds dark chocolate pieces (11%) to their crunchy ginger biscuits, which gives a nice balance of spice and slightly bitter chocolate. The biscuits are suitable for vegetarians. Serve them with coffee, or add a pack to a Christmas hamper.
