Bornibus Sweet Garlic – 250g

These are whole garlic cloves preserved in a sweet, mild brine by Bornibus. The pickling takes away most of the raw bite, so the cloves are soft and pleasant to eat as they are. Put them on an antipasto plate with olives and cheese, slice them into salads or add them to roast vegetables and stews. The 250g jar is a nice extra for a deli counter next to the olives and pickles.
