Description
Rhubarb preserve from Beyer has a fresh, tart taste that is quite different from the usual berry jams. It is made in Alsace, where rhubarb is common in home baking. Spread it on toast, stir it into yoghurt or porridge, or use it in a crumble or tart. It also pairs well with fresh cheese and custard.
