Beyer Morello Cherry Preserve – 370g

Morello cherries are sour cherries, and they make a jam that is fruity and tangy rather than very sweet. Beyer cooks it in Alsace using traditional kettles. It goes well with toast, pancakes and waffles, and it is great in desserts such as cheesecake and Black Forest cake. It also works as a sauce for duck.
