Beyer Bitter Orange Marmalade – 370g

A bitter orange marmalade from Beyer in Alsace, cooked in copper kettles with 45g of fresh bitter oranges per 100g. It has the proper bitter-sweet taste that marmalade lovers look for, with pieces of peel. Serve it on buttered toast, or use it as a glaze for duck, ham or a citrus cake. The jar looks good in a breakfast or gift hamper.
