Beyer Fig Preserve – 370g

Fig preserve from the Beyer family in Alsace. Figs give a thick, dark jam with a soft texture and small crunchy seeds. It is lovely on toast, but it really shines with cheese: try it with blue cheese, goat’s cheese or Manchego. It can also be added to a glaze for roast pork or duck.
